Chinese State Councilor Mr. Dai Bingguo will attend the 4th Summit of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation Program held in Naypyidaw, Myanmar from 19 to 20 December 2011.

China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam -- countries sharing the Mekong River, in 1992 entered into a program of sub-regional economic cooperation, designed to enhance economic relations among the countries.
