        Upon this auspicious occasion of the 59th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Union of Myanmar, I would like to extend to Your Excellency my warmest congratulations and best wishes.

        I am happy to see the further enhancement of Sino-Myanmar friendly relations of good-neighborliness through the joint efforts of both sides, with friendly exchanges and cooperation in all fields being continuously deepened and Foreign Ministries of both countries always keeping close coordination and cooperation. I am willing to work together with Your Excellency to continuously promote the friendly cooperative relations between China and Myanmar.
