From 20-22 December 2004, Mr. Liang Zhaoming, Senior Procurator at Level II led a Chinese Delegation of Procurators of Guangdong Province to visit Myanmar. On the morning of Dec. 21st, Dr. Tun Shin, Deputy Attorney General of the Union of Myanmar met with the delegation. Cultural Counselor Mr. Wang Ruiqing of the Chinese Embassy was also at present.

The whole meeting is under warm and friendly atmosphere. The two sides exchanged information of structure and functions of respective offices, and commonly agreed to strengthen the friendly cooperation and contacts. Dr. Tun Shin said, "For international cooperation, friends can be chosen while neighbors couldn't. But if the neighbor is also our brother and good friend, then the bilateral cooperation will be very strong and the prospect will be very brilliant. And that is the Sino-Myanmar friendly cooperative relations." The delegation shares the same views on such high remarks on Sino-Myanmar relations.
